In furtherance of the goals set forth by the Founders, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated respects and values all people regardless of race, age, gender, gender expression, ability, disability, creed, religion, sexual orientation, or walk of life. The members of  Rho Delta Zeta hold these values to the highest standards while serving the community of Washtenaw County through Service, Sisterhood, Scholarship and Finer Womanhood.
